There are two primary ways to link your receipts to your project expenses within FlipperForce:
Option 1: The AI Receipt Analyzer (Best & Fastest) – You can convert a receipt directly into a transaction from your Receipts Inbox. By using the new AI receipt scanner, the system automatically transcribes the data and creates a new entry in your Expense Tracker for you.

Option 2: Manual Linking – If you have already created a transaction in the Expense Tracker, you can manually link a receipt from your inbox to that existing record to keep your documentation organized.
While both options keep you audit-ready, we recommend using the AI Receipt Analyzer as the most efficient way to automate your bookkeeping and eliminate manual data entry.
