Dictate a site walkthrough into a formatted project update

Talk through the punch list on your way back to the truck and have it posted as a clean, formatted update with photos attached.
The Problem

You walk a property, notice fifteen things, and by the time you are back at your desk you remember nine of them. The photos sit on your phone unlabelled.

Writing it up properly takes twenty minutes you do not have, so most walkthroughs become a two line note, or nothing at all. Then the client asks what happened on site last Tuesday and there is no record.

How it Works

You talk, it listens. Your assistant takes the transcript of your walkthrough and turns rambling site notes into a structured update, with headings for each area and a proper list of what needs doing.

It posts that to the project as an update, then attaches any photos you took on the walk to the same entry, so the note and the evidence stay together.

What it will not do: it adds a new update. Existing updates, tasks and schedule items are left alone.

Here is a transcript of a site walkthrough at my FlipperForce project at [PROPERTY ADDRESS], along with photos I took.

Please turn it into a project update:

1. Organise it by area of the house, with a heading for each

2. Under each area, list the work observed and anything outstanding as separate bullet points

3. Keep my own wording where it is clear, and clean it up where it is not

4. Post it as a project update

5. Attach the photos to that update

Do not invent detail I did not mention. If something in the transcript is unclear, note it as needing confirmation rather than guessing.
