Or you can sort any of the columns on the data alphabetically or alphanumerically.  

• Sort Task Name Alphabetically
• Sort Date (Oldest to Newest/Newest to Oldest)
• Sort by Priority (Urgent to Low/Low to Urgent)
• Sort by Responsibility Name Alphabetically
