Before you Add a Task, you need to add a 'Task List'.

A 'Task List' is a list that is used to organize a group of 'Tasks'.

Click the 'Add Task List', button to create a 'Task List'. Once you've created the 'Task List', you can add a Task by pressing 'Create Task'.
