Why does it say "this project hasn't been analyzed" for some projects?

This message appears if you haven't finalized the Flip Analyzer for a project. To complete an analysis, you must input key values like ARV and Purchase Amount, then click the Finish Button on Step 6.

If you have not completed the analysis of the deal using the Flip Analyzer for the proejct, the table row will say "this project hasn't been analyzed".

In order for a deal analysis to be "completed", you need to input values for the primary data entry fields like ARV, Purchase Amount and click the "Finish Button" on step 6.
