The Repair Estimator includes a database of National Average pricing.  You can use the Location Adjustment module to automatically adjust your estimated costs to your local market.

In the example below, the Estimate based upon National Average pricing puts our estimate at $89,740.  With a 10% market adjustment, $8,974 was added to the estimate.
