Our House Flipping Spreadsheet product is a Microsoft Excel (or Google) spreadsheet that includes Deal Analysis, Project Management & Accounting functionality.

The House Flipping Spreadsheet was originally developed as a tool by Dave Robertson (FlipperForce Founder) to help him manage his house flipping business.

In 2013, he launched the House Flipping Spreadsheet as a template that other house flippers could purchase and download for their businesses.

In 2017, Dave decided to start developing a new web application called FlipperForce that was modeled off of the House Flipping Spreadsheet tools & functionality. Instead of it being a spreadsheet, FlipperForce is a web-based software platform that can be accessed from any device.
