On February 20, 2024, Upright Tools changed to once again become FlipperForce. In order to continue to use the Upright Tools platform, you need to migrate your account to FlipperForce.

How to Migrate to FlipperForce

Two Ways of Migrating Your Account

There are two ways to migrate your account.

1. Option 1: The Migration Email sent out to your email on February 20th, 2024
2. Option 2: Password Reset

Option 1: Migration Email Sent to You on February 20th, 2024

On February 20th, 2024 you should receive an "Action Required" email notification from notifications@flipperforce.com to "Migrate Account to FlipperForce". Click the button to "Migrate Account to FlipperForce".

Clicking the “Migrate Account to FlipperForce” button will open a special webpage where you can set a new Password for their account.

Users will then see a FlipperForce login page where they can enter their FlipperForce email and new password at https://tools.flipperforce.com/login

Option 2: Password Reset

The other option is to simply use the FlipperForce Reset Password process to reset your password, which will automatically migrate your account.

Follow these steps to set a new password on FlipperForce and re-gain access to your Projects:

1. Go to https://tools.flipperforce.com/login
2. Enter your Upright Tools Email Address and Password. (If you do not know your password, click on “Forgot password?” and enter your Email Address.)

You will receive an email from support@flipperforce.com with additional information to reset your Password. Once you reset your password, you can login with your new password and login to the FlipperForce platform.
