The Investment Packet Builder pulls data from the Property Details page (specs and owner info), the Flip Analyzer (financials), the Repair Estimator (budget summaries), the Comps Tool, and your Company Profile (About Us section).
The Investment Packet Builder feeds in data from a number of places:
- Property Details Page - The Property Details page of the Investment Report includes the Property Address, # of Beds/Baths/Square Footage, School Information, & Owner Information feeds. This information feeds from the Property Details webpage.
- Project Financials & Lender Financials Pages - The project financials and lender information feeds from the data inputted into the Flip Analyzer tool.
- Estimate Summary / Detailed Estimate Pages - The Repair Estimate information feeds from the Repair Estimator tool. Note: If you haven't created an estimate no information will feed to these pages.
- Comps Pages - The Comps information feeds from the Comps Tool.
- About Us Pages - The information on the About Us page feeds from your Company Profile Information that you setup for your company.
