The information on the BRRRR Investment Packet feeds in from various places throughout the anlysis process:
- Property Details Page - The Property Details page of the Investment Report includes the Property Address, # of Beds/Baths/Square Footage, School Information, & Owner Information feeds. This information feeds from the Property Details webpage.
- Project Financials & Cash Flow Financials Pages - The project financials and lender information feeds from the data inputted into the BRRRR Analyzer tool.
- Estimate Summary / Detailed Estimate Pages - The Repair Estimate information feeds from the Repair Estimator tool. Note: If you haven't created an estimate no information will feed to these pages.
- About Us Pages - The information on the About Us page feeds from your Company Profile Information that you setup for your company.
