To create a New Project, you can simply click the Add Project button along the Top Navigation bar throughout the platform.
Once you click Add Project, a modal window will pop open and take you through the workflow to add a project.
The Add Project workflow consists of 3 steps, Address, Strategy and Stage.
Start typing the property address, and the address field will automatically populate using Google Maps.
Next, pick the primary Investment Strategy you plan on using for this project. The 3 high level strategies are Flip, New Construction and Rental, with more specific substrategies:
The final step is the Stage of the project. There are 3 high level Stages where you can organize your projects:
The Lead Pipeline is used to manage your leads and deals that you are pursuing and actively performing due diligence on, making offers and negotiating. Usually a new project that you are adding will likely go in the Lead pipeline, "New Lead" substage by default.
The Active Project Pipeline is where you will add projects that you already have under contract and under construction. If your property is already under contract, you should consider adding your project to the Active Project pipeline and appropriate substage.
The Portfolio is where you will add your successfully Completed/Sold project or properties that you have already converted to a rental holding.
